Description:
The Marketplace is a proposal for a new shopping center on the east side of the community.
The project will be located on southwest corner of Oakdale Road and Sylvan Avenue, and will be 18
acres in size. It will have a total of 170,000 square feet of retail space. A 51,730 square-foot
