Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Task Force

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Task Force was formed to obtain input and participation from a broad range of stakeholders for the development of a comprehensive CIP. The fourteen-member Task Force, appointed by the City Council, reviews and ranks CIP projects based on the CIP Policies and Evaluation Criteria.
