The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating 15 reports of shots being fired in to vehicles or homes in the Valley Springs area of Calaveras County. Investigators believe all of the incidents are related. Additionally investigators believe the shootings to be random as there is no link between the victims or clear motive at this time.

The Calaveras County Sheriffs Office is seeking information on these shootings which began on December 16^th 2009. Anyone with information is asked to call.
