Modesto, CA - Modesto Police Detectives have made an arrest in the February 28th attempted murder of Henry Thach.
On February the 28th, 2010 at around 12:16 AM Modesto Police Officers responded to the 1600 block of Charlotte Lane on a report of a male subject shot during an argument at a party. The victim, Henry Thach 22 years old, was located in the area with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his chest. He was transported to a local hospital and has been listed in critical, but stable condition.
Detectives continued investigating this incident by interviewing several witnesses at the scene of the shooting. After extensive interviews and following leads provided, they were able to develop enough information to obtain arrest warrants for the following suspects: Kly Song for 664/187 PC-Attempted Murder and 3056 PC-Parole violation as he is currently on California State Parole, Marco Alcala for 664/187 PC-Attempted Murder.
Marco Alcala was located and arrested in Modesto later in the day on February the 28th. On March 2nd, 2010 Kly Song was arrested at the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement office in Sacramento, CA. Both were booked into the Stanislaus County Jail for the attempted murder.
